
Ingredients
- 1/2 (10-oz) package frozen spinach
- 2 (8-oz) packages cream cheese
- 2 cups (16-oz) sour cream
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 (8-oz) bag shredded Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup artichokes
- 1 (8-oz) can sliced water chestnuts
- Garlic salt & pepper
- Chopped tomatoes for garnish
- Crockpot
- For serving: Bread or crackers, carrots and celery sticks for dipping
Directions
Put all ingredients in crockpot on low for 1 hour. Add sour cream the last 10 minutes. When ready to serve, top with tomatoes. Serve with bread and veggies on the side.
