Artichoke Cheese Dip

Ingredients

  • 1/2 (10-oz) package frozen spinach
  • 2 (8-oz) packages cream cheese
  • 2 cups (16-oz) sour cream
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 (8-oz) bag shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup artichokes
  • 1 (8-oz) can sliced water chestnuts
  • Garlic salt & pepper
  • Chopped tomatoes for garnish
  • Crockpot
  • For serving: Bread or crackers, carrots and celery sticks for dipping

Directions

Put all ingredients in crockpot on low for 1 hour. Add sour cream the last 10 minutes. When ready to serve, top with tomatoes. Serve with bread and veggies on the side.
