Aunt Rhet
Ingredients
- 1 cup celery, chopped
- 1 cup onion, chopped
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 3 cups chicken, cooked and diced
- 1 (10 3/4 oz) can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 4 ounces slivered almonds
Directions
Sauté celery and onion in butter until lightly brown. Mix all together in a casserole dish, top with breadcrumbs and almonds. Bake at 350˚ for 45 minutes.
