Black Bean & Corn Salsa

  • 1 (13-oz) can black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 (15-oz) can corn, drained
  • 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
  • 2 to 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 Tbs fresh lime juice (juice of about 1 lime)
  • 2 Tbs honey
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 tsp rice wine vinegar
  • Dash of bottled hot sauce
  • Salt to taste
  • For serving: Corn chips

Mix together and chill.

*Can add diced red pepper, diced tomato and a handful of green onions.
