- 3 medium yams
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup butter
Directions
Boil yams until tender, let cool and thickly slice. Arrange in 9×9” oven proof pan. Mix sugar, salt, and butter in a saucepan until bubbly, pour over yams. Bake at 350˚ until bubbly, about 15–20 minutes.
