- 1 head cabbage
- 2 packs ramen noodles, spice packets discarded
- 3 to 4 chicken breasts, boiled and diced
- 4 green onions, chopped
- 4 Tbs sesame seeds
- 4 Tbs slivered almonds
- Dressing:
- 4 Tbs sugar
- 3/4 cup oil
- 2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 6 Tbs wine vinegar OR cider vinegar
Mix all salad ingredients together. Toss with dressing, chill overnight.
Keeps in fridge 3–4 days.
