Chinese Chicken Salad

Asian-Chicken-Cabbage-Salad

  • 1 head cabbage
  • 2 packs ramen noodles, spice packets discarded
  • 3 to 4 chicken breasts, boiled and diced
  • 4 green onions, chopped
  • 4 Tbs sesame seeds
  • 4 Tbs slivered almonds
  • Dressing:
  • 4 Tbs sugar
  • 3/4 cup oil
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 6 Tbs wine vinegar OR cider vinegar

Mix all salad ingredients together. Toss with dressing, chill overnight.

Keeps in fridge 3–4 days.
