Ingredients
- Long grain rice, enough for 6 servings
- Grated lime peel
- Juice of 1 to 11/2 limes
- 2 Tbs sugar (or a little more)
- 1/2 cup water
- Chopped fresh cilantro (about ¼ of one bunch or to taste)
Directions
Cook rice according to directions for six people.
When about done, add the lime juice, rind, additional water, and cilantro.
Steam for 10 more minutes to absorb the liquid.
