- 1 (26 oz) package frozen shredded hash browns
- 2 (10-3/4 oz) cans cream of potato soup
- 1/2 cup onions, chopped
- 1 (16 oz) container sour cream
- 1/2 pound shredded cheddar cheese
- Shakes of Parmesan cheese
- Corn Flakes cereal, crushed
Directions
Mix all well and put into a 9×13” baking dish. Top with Corn Flakes. Bake at 350˚ for 45–60 minutes until hot and browned on top.
