Ingredients

  • 2 to 2 1/2 pounds green shrimp, uncooked & unpeeled
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 Tbs garlic, pressed
  • 1 tsp garlic salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • For serving: Baguette, sliced into 1” thick rounds

Directions

Melt butter in 9×13” pan in the oven.  Remove pan when melted and add garlic. Toss shrimp in butter, sprinkle with salt and pepper. Cook at 350˚ for 15 minutes.

Serve with bread rounds to dip in the butter.

This is a staple at the Christmas Eve dinner table.
