Ingredients
- 4 (6-oz) salmon fillets
- Lemon, sliced thin
- Salt
- Black pepper
- Drizzle olive oil
- Drizzle Worcestershire
- Fresh rosemary, fine rough chopped (2 passes with a knife)
Directions
Get salmon ready for the grill on in the cooking dish where you’ll cook salmon.
Lay salmon in the cooking dish on top of lemon slices. Create a salt and pepper crust on salmon top (cooking mellows both so go heavier than you think). Drizzle both oil and Worcestershire on top then sprinkle with rosemary.
On the grill, cook on med-high and cook for 12-15 minutes until done. No flipping required. In the oven, bake at 450˚ for 18–20 minutes until done, again, no flipping.
Grilling is best! you can also prepare this recipe with a huge side of salmon. This is de-LISH-ous.
