Ingredients
- 1 (20 oz) bag frozen kernel corn –OR- 3 1/2 cups fresh corn sheared off the ear
- 1 cup whipping cream
- 1 cup milk
- 1 tsp salt
- 6 tsp sugar
- 2 Tbs butter, melted
- 2 Tbs flour
Directions
Combine corn, cream, milk, salt and sugar. Bring to a boil and simmer for 5 minutes. In a small bowl, mix butter and flour together, then combine with mixture. Heat until slightly bubbly. Place in casserole pan, top with Parmesan and broil until brown.
