Ingredients
- 6 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 square butter
Directions
Beat ingredients together for 5 minutes in blender or mixer until frothy. Melt butter in 9×13” Pyrex pan. Pour mixture into buttered pan and bake at 425˚ for 20 minutes.
Beat fast and a lot to get air into them so they poof up properly, otherwise, you will end up with a dense & flat pancake.
