Ingredients
- 1 1/2 to 2 pound flank steak
Marinade:
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 tsp ginger
- 1/4 tsp jarred garlic
Directions
Mix marinade ingredients together in a ziplock bag. Add steak and put in the refrigerator to marinade—two days is best.
Broil steak 5 minutes per side, cut into thin and diagonal slices.
