Ingredients

  • 4 to 6 boneless skinless chicken breast, pounded thinner
  • Pineapple rings

Marinade

  • 1 cup soy sauce
  • 1 cup teriyaki sauce
  • 2 lemons, halved, juiced and zested
  • 1 Tbs garlic, pressed
  • 1 Tbs powdered ginger
  • 1/2 (12 oz) can Sprite
  • 1/2 bunch green onions
  • 1/4 large bag of brown sugar

Directions

Mix marinade ingredients together and set aside. Poke some holes in chicken, put it with marinade in a plastic bag for 8 hours to overnight.

To cook, arrange chicken in 9×13” pan. Bake at 350˚ for 45 minutes. Garnish with pineapple chunks.
