Ingredients
- 4 to 6 boneless skinless chicken breast, pounded thinner
- Pineapple rings
Marinade
- 1 cup soy sauce
- 1 cup teriyaki sauce
- 2 lemons, halved, juiced and zested
- 1 Tbs garlic, pressed
- 1 Tbs powdered ginger
- 1/2 (12 oz) can Sprite
- 1/2 bunch green onions
- 1/4 large bag of brown sugar
Directions
Mix marinade ingredients together and set aside. Poke some holes in chicken, put it with marinade in a plastic bag for 8 hours to overnight.
To cook, arrange chicken in 9×13” pan. Bake at 350˚ for 45 minutes. Garnish with pineapple chunks.
