Ingredients
- 3 Tbs orange juice
- 2 Tbs low sodium soy sauce
- 1 Tbs rice vinegar
- 1 Tbs honey
- 1 tsp bottled minced garlic
- 2 tsp bottled minced ginger
- 4 (6-oz) salmon fillets
Directions
Combine all ingredients except salmon in a small bowl. Pour sauce in baking dish, put in salmon and spoon sauce over top. Bake at 450˚ for 18–20 minutes.
