Ingredients
- 2 cups flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup water
- 2/3 cup shortening
Directions
Sift flour and salt together. Remove 1/3 cup and mix to a paste with water. Cut shortening into remaining flour until particles are the size of small peas. Stir in flour paste into mixture to make dough. Form into two balls, roll into circles for pie. Makes one large two-crust pie.
