- 5 cups cauliflower, chopped
- 5 cups broccoli, chopped
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 cup olive oil
- 6 cloves garlic, pressed
- 2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1 pound linguine
- 1/3 cup grated Romano
Directions
Boil water in large pasta pot. Add 1 tsp salt, cauliflower and broccoli; cover and return to boil; about 5 minutes until tender-crisp. Remove veggies and set aside, reserve water to cook pasta.
In a large saucepan saute garlic until brown. Then add mushrooms, 2 tsp salt, and red pepper flakes and saute for 5 minutes. Cook pasta in saved water. Add cauliflower and broccoli to a saucepan and saute 10 minutes. When pasta is done add it to the saucepan and stir together. Place into serving dish and top with cheese.
