Ingredients
- Boneless, skinless chicken breasts-as much as you want
- Salt
- Pepper
- Olive oil
- Paprika
- Water
Directions
Season chicken with salt and pepper. In dutch oven, heat olive oil. Brown chicken on all sides. Sprinkle with paprika. Add water to pan and cover. Roast in the oven for 4–5 hours at 200˚.
Remove from oven and let cool. Shred using two forks.
Store portions in the freezer in portions.
