- 1 (15.5-oz) can semi-drained garbanzo beans, reserving 1/3 liquid for texture
- 2 Tbs olive oil
- 2 Tbs tahini
- 2 Tbs lemon juice
- 1 tsp cumin
- Dash(es) cayenne, depending on spice level
- 1-3 chipotle peppers in adobo sauce, depending on spice level
- 1 clove garlic minced
- Pinch salt
- Garnish: 3 whole garbanzo beans, chopped tomatoes, and onions
