Spinach Bread Bowl

  • 1 (10 oz) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed
  • 11/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 packet Knorr vegetable soup mix (or similar brand)
  • 1 (8 oz) can water chestnuts, finely chopped
  • 3 green onions, finely chopped
  • Bread round
  • For serving: Assorted veggies, bread

Squeeze spinach to remove excess water. In a medium bowl, mix all ingredients together. Cover and refrigerate 2 hours.

Hollow out bread round for bowl, reserving interior. Tear reserved bread into bite-sized pieces. Put in a ziplock until ready to serve to keep soft.
