
Cheese Stuffed Mushrooms
1 garlic clove, chopped and sautéed
1 cup fresh Parmesan, grated
1 cup Italian breadcrumbs
1 Tbs butter
Pinch salt
1 pound white mushrooms, cleaned & stems removed
Mix garlic, cheese, bread crumbs and butter together, salt to taste. Fill mushroom with a spoonful of the mix. Bake at 400˚ for 5–10 minutes until browned.
Bacon Stuffed Mushrooms
1 pound bacon
6 or more garlic cloves, minced
1 to 2 cups fresh Parmesan, grated
Salt
1 pound white mushrooms, cleaned & stems removed
Cook bacon, drain and crumble. Mix all bacon, garlic, and cheese, salt to taste. Fill mushroom with a spoonful of the mix. Bake at 400˚ for 5–10 minutes until browned.
Marino’s Stuffed Mushrooms
1 package Pepperidge Farms stuffing
2 to 4 Tbs butter
1 can chicken stock
1/2 cup Parmesan
Salt & pepper
24 white mushrooms, cleaned & stems removed
Mix stuffing, butter, stock, and cheese together, season to taste. Fill mushroom with a spoonful of the mix. Bake at 400˚ for 5–10 minutes until browned.
