Meatballs

• 1 pound lean ground beef
• 1 egg
• 1/4 cup dry breadcrumbs
• 1/4 tsp salt
• 1/4 tsp pepper
• 2 cloves garlic, minced or pressed

Mix meat ingredients together. Shape mixture into small meatballs, cook the meatballs on a cookie sheet in oven 350˚ for 15 minutes or until well browned. Add to heated sauce and cook. Serve warm.

Sauce

• 1/2 cup water
• 1/3 cup brown sugar
• 1/4 cup lemon juice
• 1 Tbs ketchup

Cook sauce ingredients and heat.
