Ingredients

1 medium to large apple

1/2 cup apple juice

1 cup fat-free vanilla yogurt

1 cup Quaker’s Quick oatmeal – not instant or regular

1 Tbs honey

2 Tbs sliced almonds

2 Tbs raisins

For serving: brown sugar, bananas, nuts

Directions

Chop the apple into bite-sized cubes and put in a bowl. Pour apple juice on them so they don’t brown.

Mix the remaining ingredients into the bowl and top with brown sugar. A yummy healthy snack!
