Papa

Ingredients

• Leftover beef, sliced
• White bread
• Butter
• Gravy, preferably homemade
• Onions, sliced and sautéed

Directions

Lay beef on top of buttered toasted bread, then smother it with gravy and onions.

A Papa creation and one of his favorites. This can be purchased at any truck stop along the interstate. NOTE: Make sure the onions are cooked well or Dad will have an eruption.
