Ingredients
- 1 stick butter
- 1 (24 oz) bag frozen hash browns
- 4 eggs
- 1 (4-1/2 oz) can green chiles
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup Swiss cheese
- 1 cup cheddar cheese
- Salt and pepper
- 1 pound sausage, ham or bacon could be substituted
Directions
Melt butter in 9×13” baking pan. Add hash browns and cook at 350˚ for 20 minutes.
Mix remaining ingredients and pour over cooked hash browns. Cook an additional 30 minutes and serve.
These are good, but not so purdy.
