Green Chile & Egg Hashies

Green-Chile-Egg Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 (24 oz) bag frozen hash browns
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 (4-1/2 oz) can green chiles
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup Swiss cheese
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 pound sausage, ham or bacon could be substituted

Directions

Melt butter in 9×13” baking pan. Add hash browns and cook at 350˚ for 20 minutes.

Mix remaining ingredients and pour over cooked hash browns. Cook an additional 30 minutes and serve.


These are good, but not so purdy.
