Warm Rosemary Nuts

  • 2 1/2 cups assorted unsalted nuts
  • 2 Tbs coarsely chopped fresh rosemary
  • 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 2 tsp dark brown sugar
  • 2 tsp sea salt
  • 1 Tbs unsalted butter, melted

Preheat oven to 350˚.

Toss nuts in a large bowl to combine then spread them on a baking sheet. Toast the nuts in the oven until they become light golden brown, about 10 minutes.

In the same bowl used to toss the nuts, combine the rosemary, cayenne, brown sugar, salt and melted butter.

Add the hot nuts to the mixture and toss well to thoroughly coat all the nuts. Place nuts back in the oven for about 5 minutes. Serve warm.
